This has a mild to low acidity that is a quick tartness in the front and quickly dissipates to a sweet citrus feel

The flavors of this coffee are of pulasan, noni, combo, baked apricot, fresh tobacco, pink lemon, cane sugar, vanillin, cashew, stewed tomato, black apple, summer savory, demerara sugar, milo wood, tamarind paste, finger lime, noni, roasted hoops, elderberry, mangosteen, hibiscus, and black currant
