The body of this coffee is smooth with a creamy and juicy mouthfeel tapering to a chewy finish

Acidity

This is a medium acidity coffee that is bright with a shallow tartness in front then dissipates to a deep and lingering earth note

The aroma of this coffee is very much of coffee with Notes of cocoa nibs, caramel, Baked dark berries, and roasted pecan

The body of this cold brew is very smooth with a deep creamy texture that has an astringent and chalky finish.

The flavors are much like the Roma with notes of dark berries also throughout and Notes of marshmallow and spice.
