The aroma of the beans are of strawberry, caramel, bell pepper, leather, apricot, orange blossom, tobacco, jasmine, bitter-sweet chocolate, green grape, almond, black tea, cane sugar, magnolia, milo wood, dehydrate blackberry, loquat, milk powder, and adobo.

The grounds have the fragrance of black currant, cranberry, oolong tea, banana, made syrup, lemon curd, magnolia, cedar, bitter-sweet chocolate, cane sugar, green apple, milk powder, raisin, orange blossom, plum, and chicory


CUPPING

The aroma is of chicory, lemon curd, fig, maple syrup, tamarind, snow pea, bell pepper, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco, apricot jam, sun-dried tomato, burnt sugar, dehydrate blackberry, orange blossom, blanched almond, oolong tea, and oyster sauce

This is a medium body coffee that is creamy with a velvety mouthfeel but is also thick and lingers like syrup in the back

This is a high acidity coffee that has a bright and tart forward that slowly dissipates with a juicy and lingering sweetness

The flavors of this coffee are of Eureka lemon marmalade, apple syrup, cedar, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco, starfruit, cranberry, green apple, red currant, sun-dried tomato, burnt sugar, orange blossom, artichoke, apricot jam, mangosteen, ash, sumac, And a delicate vanillin note is the back but very faint

As it cools notes of lime and nugget develop with a finish of hay


KALITA

The aroma of the cup is of black tea, hay, puffed brown rice, orange blossom, squash blossom, magnolia, bergamot, dehydrate blackberry, and almond flour

The acidity is very low with an unbalanced and lingering muted notes of black tea and dirty water

The body is weak with a juicy and slick black tea feel

The flavors of the cup are of black tea, bergamot, alfalfa, fig, blanched almond, tobacco, clove stem, wheat germ, mandarine, dehydrated raspberry, and sassafrass root

The beans have the fragrance of caramel, pinion, bakers chocolate, black lime, Macadamia nut, nori, vanillin, mangosteen, gooseberry, allspice, orange blossom, parsley, activated charcoal, sandalwood, rose hips, leather, gram cracker, noni, Rashi, lilac, black salt, sumac, delicate note of strawberry, and a hint of bacon fat.

The grounds have the fragrance of jasmine, lilac, pinion, leather, nori, allspice black lime, rose hops, cherry blossom, Macadamia nut, brown rice, yeast, mangosteen, cane sugar, gooseberry, freeze-dried strawberry, dutch process cocoa powder, orange candy, marshmallow, and miso


CUPPING

The aroma is of golden raisin, cocoa powder, instant coffee, activated charcoal, sandalwood, tangerine peel, dried mango, cane sugar, noni, dragons blood, green papaya, lilac, malt, cherry blossom, black currant, and mulling spice

This is a medium-bodied coffee that is smooth with juicy silky coating and finishes as a tea-like feel

This is a low acidity coffee that is more of a juicy watermelon acidity with a slight citric back but is quick and finishes clean

The flavors of this coffee are of fresh tobacco, hickory, bakers cocoa, miso, nori, gooseberry, green papaya, cashew flour, dried strawberry, alfalfa, rose hips, pinion, black lime, Macadamia nut, lilac, burnt brown sugar, puffed brown rice, fresh coffee cherry, goji, vanillin, golden raisin, guava, dragons blood, cherimoya, celery soda, and barley

As it cools notes of marshmallow and navel orange develop with a slight tart note like of yogurt with a chicory and sassafras root note

The body is weak and tea-like with a slight stick feel in the back

The acidity is almost gone with no distinguishable note of acidity

The flavors of this cup are of cocoa powder, black tea, mangosteen, cream, sandalwood, vanillin and bergamot

I can not recommend this coffee on this in any way as it loses and flavor and aroma to it
