The beans have the fragrance of toast, fig jam, breadfruit, allspice, green papaya, sun-dried tomato, brown sugar, cara cara orange, toasted wheat, baked red apple, Himalayan pink salt, thyme, dutch process cocoa, almond four, fermented longon, tobacco, soil, black walnut, buddhas hand, plantain, oat milk, and freeze dried raspberry

The grounds have the fragrance of soil, cocoa powder, etrog, banana, honey comb, plantain, brown sugar, cara cara orange, breadfruit, dried cranberry, goji, Aleppo pepper, plumeria, dried navel orange, camomile, rye, chervil, white grape, freezes dried raspberry, soil, milk powder, green papaya, apple blossom, fresh tobacco and plantain


CUPPING

The aroma is of toasted wheat, chicory, safaris root, soil, cocoa powder, fig, breadfruit, allspice, green papaya, brown sugar, Caracara orange, toasted wheat, black apple, Himalayan pink salt, buddhas hand, plantain, oat milk, dill, snow pea, goji, plumeria, orange jelly, chervil, white grape, milk powder, fresh tobacco, raisin, rosehip, and butter

This is a full-body coffee that has a sticky and chewing coating with a velvety fell never dissipating heavy and juicy feel

This is a mild acidity that has a tart forward that lingers keeping that tart not all the way through

The flavors of this coffee are of buddhas hand, plantain, milk powder, breadfruit, fresh tobacco, green papaya, white cranberry, cocoa powder, plumeria, Cara Cara orange, camomile, plantain, hemp milk, dill, goji, plumeria, chervil, white grape, pomegranate molasses, bitter melon, sassafras root, brown sugar, star fruit, silvertip green tea, soil, crab apple, cherimoya, enoki mushroom, and white cranberry

As it cools notes of apricot jam, cane sugar, and cream and allspice develop with a sweet finish


AEROPRESS

The aroma of the cup is of golden raisin, soil, cocoa powder, breadfruit, leather, fresh tobacco, new French oak, raw hazelnut, chicory, safaris root, plantain, oat milk, dill, dried navel orange, plumeria, and hibiscus

The body is mellowed out to more of a dull and dirty water-like consistency and no depth

The acidity is high with a juicy and crisp forward that lingers but is dirty

The flavors are of London, citron, plantain, breadfruit, fresh tobacco, green papaya, white cranberry, cocoa powder, plantain, goji, bell pepper, bitter melon, Meringue, oolong tea, myrrh, and chicory

Can not recommend this coffee on this

The grounds have the fragrance of bergamot, cassia cinnamon, malt, mangosteen, white cranberry, cherry blossom, Hawaiian sandalwood, kombu, clay, yuzu, bakers chocolate, apple banana, mountain apple, honeysuckle, lemon jelly, lilac, rooibos tea, black salt, iodine, soy sauce, and burnt cane leaf


CUPPING

Aroma The aroma of the coffee is of dried coffee cherry, Hawaiian sandalwood, noni, cherry blossom, kombu, clay, fresh tobacco, allspice, clove stem, cassia cinnamon, leather, cocoa powder, macadamia nut flour, lemon jelly, lilac, tomato paste, tamarind The grounds have the fragrance of bergamot, cassia cinnamon

This is a light-bodied coffee that is tea-like with a dirty and silky mouthfeel. As it finishes it is sticky with a heavy chewiness

This coffee has a low acidity that is unbalanced, lingering and dirty. There is a slight tart note that is quick off the pallet like of sour tropical fruit

The flavors of this coffee are of soil, Hawaiian sandalwood, noni, cherry blossom, yuzu, mountain apple, kombu, toasted macadamia shell, clay, fresh tobacco, allspice, clove stem, cassia cinnamon, leather, cocoa powder, burnt cane leaf, Himalayan pink salt, lemon peel, pickled ginger, liquid smoke, malt, raw cashew, mangosteen, oak, vanillin, roasted black tea, and iodine

As it cools notes of caramel develop along with a baked black apple and sumac note with a brightness that has become stronger


CHEMEX

The aroma is of coffee cherry, Hawaiian sandalwood, noni, fresh tobacco, leather, macadamia nut flour, bergamot, rooibos tea, yuzu, bakers chocolate, apple banana, mountain apple, blat tea, and cream

The body is lighter than cupped with a silky mouthfeel. but no heavy back

The acidity is much lower with it more pronounced in a quick pointed note at first that finishes dry and lingering

The flavors of the cup coffee cherry, Hawaiian sandalwood, noni, chocolate brownie mix, vanillin, diluted liquid smoke, cream, lemon jelly, black tea, noni, soli, leather, black cardamom, and savory
