The beans have the fragrance of marshmallow, bergamot, white cranberry, marionberry, freeze-dried raspberry, dried mango, black grape, burlap, yellow tea, milo wood, and cocoa powder

The grounds have the fragrance of white cranberry, bergamot, blackberry, marionberry, lemon verbena, hazelnut, sun-dried tomato, dutch process cocoa powder, plum, green papaya, milo wood, green grape, black cardamom, and leather

CUPPING

The aroma is of burlap, dried guava, green papaya, marshmallow, white cranberry, bergamot, marionberry, white grapefruit pith, hazelnut, dutch process cocoa powder, milo wood, black grape, black cardamom, leather, sapote, and black current

The body is heavy with a thick and sticky feel at first tapering to a syrupy finish that is velvety

This is mild acidity with a blood orange like tartness tapering to a lingering and dirty malic taste like of green apple

The flavors are of blood orange, cream, bergamot, yellow tea, black currant, toasted hazelnut, blackberry, dried guava, green papaya, marshmallow, white cranberry, green grape, Mitzu apple, freeze-dried raspberry, dried mango, cocoa powder, blue corn, pickled watermelon rind, and roasted poblano on the finish

As it cools notes of a meat-like come out along with a creamy note and a heavy vegetable like bell pepper and oregano

GINO

The aroma is of dried guava, bergamot, black grape, goji, vanillin, white grapefruit pith, hazelnut, and black tea

The body weak with a tea-like consistency and is very slick

The acidity is much like the cupping but is more citrus sweet wth no malic undertone

The flavors are of hibiscus, bergamot, goji, dried guava, sumac, green papaya, white cranberry, the skin of dried chili, and bell pepper. As it slightly cools a creamy note develops along with a strawberry and blood orange sweetness

I can not say this is the best method for this but it does bring out a unique flavor profile and for those who don’t like high acidity I would recommend

AEROPRESS

The aroma is of red apple, redcurrant, freeze-dried raspberry

The body is full with a velvety feel that is syrupy and juicy

The acidity very high tartness with a quick and clean finish

The flavors pink grapefruit, rose hips, Eurika Lemon, pickled watermelon rind, green papaya, white cranberry, coriander, and cedar

The grounds have the fragrance of soy, pea protein, burlap, freeze-dried raspberry, cremini mushroom, oregano, toasted almond, red banana, plum, cocoa powder, bergamot, black sesame seed, and gray salt

CUPPING

The aroma is of dried bell pepper, burlap, clover, cocoa powder, dill, blanched almond, bergamot, golden raisin, dried yellow peach, rose hips, tonic water, gray salt, and cream of tarter

This is a full-body coffee that is juicy and velvety with a lingering effervescent like feel along with a salivating umami note

This is a mild acidity coffee that is juicy, rounded, and delicate with a quick and clean finish

The flavors of this coffee are of orange blossom, vanilla, plum, cocoa powder, blackberry, ponzu, bergamot, golden raisin, sel gris, dried yellow peach, rose hips, manila mango, and meringue

As it cools notes the citrus notes become more prominent along with a creamy taste like the meringue but much more pronounced

AEROPRESS

The aroma is of brown rice, cocoa powder, bergamot, sel gris, black apple, and mushroom powder

The body is on the weaker side with a dirty water consistency and is slick

The acidity is about the same as cupping with more of an apple-like acidity now that is lingering and dry

The flavors are of plum, cocoa powder, blackberry, sel gris, dried yellow peach, rose hips, meringue, hazelnut, wheat germ, jasmine, and clover

While this doe not bring the coffees best qualities it still gives a quality cup and does show the unique character of this coffee

ASOBU Pour Over Coffee Maker

The aroma is of Lipton black tea, meringue, iodine, and leather

The body is very weak and is more like dirty water and rough

The acidity is mild with it more a medicinal like quality

The flavors are of iodine, blanched almond, black tea, oak, vanillin, cocoa powder, and lemon pith

This brewing way can not develop a quality cup nor bring the flavors or depth that this coffee has or could
