The beans have the fragrance of hazelnut, cinnamon, dill, cucumber, prune, milk chocolate, damp wood, saffron, lime leaf, coriander, bergamot

The grounds have the fragrance of ground beef, black cherry, celery seed, cocoa nibs, mission fig, earth, roasted carrot, basil flower, kumquat, and latex 

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, tomato paste, tamarind, soil, brown sugar, bittersweet chocolate, dried fig, bing cherry, honey

This is a medium bodied coffee that is smooth with a tea like consistency but is juicy and delicate

This is a medium acidity coffee that is pointed, deep and crisp but goes dry and dull at the end of the cup

 

The flavors of this coffee are of soil, rice cake, tobacco, cocoa powder, peanut powder, noni, kumquat, tart cherry, pluot, loquat, subtle notes of dragon fruit and papaya

There is a strong green tea note that is almost over powering

The aroma of this coffee is of bakers chocolate, damp soil, smoke, black cardamom, maple syrup, grilled lemon, brown rice, black current, bergamot

This is a medium body coffee that is well rounded with a rich syrupy mouthful that tapers off to a silly tea like fill

This is a medium high acidity that is juicy with a lingering dry brightness like from chocolate ganache
