The beans have the fragrance of dill, rubbed sage, jacaranda, damp wood, clay, wet paper, molasses, tamarind, and lime leaf

The grounds have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, raisin, chamomile, clay, shiitake mushroom, molasses, rubbed sage, wheat, ash, prickly pear, cumin, turnip, and carrot

The aroma of this coffee is of toasted almond, nugget, damp mushroom, molasses, raisin, white sage burning, leather

This is a medium body coffee that is slick and rounded but is lacking depth and character

This is a high acidity coffee that  is dry, sharp, with a lingering ashy dirty sharpness

 

The flavors of this coffee are of ash, carbon, raisin, tomato paste, pomelo, bittersweet chocolate, mushroom bisque, yeast, black salt, cumin, coriander, bay leaf, molasses, lemon peel

The grounds have the fragrance of oak, cinnamon, beef, bakers chocolate, buckwheat honey, white wine vinegar, tart black cherry, green tea, dried raspberry, and green olive

The aroma of this coffee is of honey suckle, cocoa powder, molasses, corn, alfalfa, raisin, dried blackberry, and melted plastic 

This is a medium body coffee that is faint and delicate with its undertones but has a bright forward smooth fell

This is a medium acidity coffee that is crisp with a dry and  lingering tartness of citron

 

The flavors of this coffee are of bakers chocolate, dries blackberry, candied ginger, white grapefruit peel, yucca root, dried red current, strawberry, blood orange, pineapple
