The grounds have the fragrance of plum, artichoke, rose hips, aloe, brown sugar, dried cranberry, pink salt, and goji

The aroma is of wheat, cashew, maple syrup, blackberry, bottle brush, mandarin orange, and apricot

This is a full body coffee that well rounded with a delicate coating but has a tea like fell at the end

This is a high acidity coffee that is juicy, tart, clean, rounded, and vibrant

 

The flavors of this coffee are of Valencia orange, red grapefruit, oolong tea, concord grape, cucumber, tomato, squash blossom, Korean mellon, and brown sugar

The aroma of this coffee is of damp soil, black walnut, chicory, tart cherry, grape leaf, prune, and shiitake mushroom

This is a medium body coffee that is slick, syrupy, but also tea like and silky

This coffee has a bright acidity that is dry, lingering, dull and unbalanced

 

The flavor of this off is of tobacco, earth, meat like of smoked lamb, toasted black walnut, tart cherry, white grapefruit pith, bakers chocolate, and burnt sugar
