The beans have the fragrance of honeydew, cocoa nines, blueberry, pink lemon, papaya, tobacco, leather, soy sauce, Manila tamarind, tomato paste, manilla mango, clover, and dragon fruit

The grounds have the fragrance of tart cherry, tomato, prune, cocoa powder, worcestershire sauce, damp wood

The aroma is of damp wood, cocoa nibs, cane sugar, honeysuckle, leather, green papaya, and over ripe guava

This is a full body coffee that is well rounded giving you a velvety chewy coating that is juicy and dry

This is a high acidity coffee that is clean and  juicy with a sharp citrus forward note


The flavors of this coffee are of white grapefruit, kosher salt, fermented guava, subtle hints of passion fruit and papaya, coconut husk, anchovy, hops, red current, dragon fruit, heart of palm, tomato paste, and noni

The beans have the fragrance of carmel, milk chocolate, butter, yellow peach, slight berry like of raspberry, apricot jam, orange blossom, and demetra sugar

The grounds have the fragrance of Kaffir Lime, black current, oregano, brown rice, bottle brush, squash blossom, saffron, and black salt

The aroma of this coffee is of wheat grass, long pepper, prune, pinto beans, thyme, chamomile, muted yellow peach, basmati rice, and cocoa powder

This is a medium body coffee that is rough, dry, lacking character and depth

This is a high acidity that is tart, juicy, dirty, lingering, sharp and dry

 

The flavors of this coffee are of navel orange, bakers chocolate, hops, hay, cranberry, reduced balsamic vinegar, watermelon rind, clay, and kumquat
