The beans have the fragrance of tart cherry, yellow nectarine, plum, mission fig, bittersweet chocolate, walnut, mint, cream, chamomile, and yucca

The grounds have the fragrance of key lime, clove, leather, shiitake mushroom, brazil nut, damp soil, hard boiled egg white, dried fugu persimmon, and black cardamom

The aroma of this coffee is of damp soil, black walnut, chicory, tart cherry, grape leaf, prune, and shiitake mushroom

This is a medium body coffee that is slick, syrupy, but also tea like and silky

This coffee has a bright acidity that is dry, lingering, dull and unbalanced

 

The flavor of this off is of tobacco, earth, meat like of smoked lamb, toasted black walnut, tart cherry, white grapefruit pith, bakers chocolate, and burnt sugar
