Body

This is a full-bodied coffee that is velvety and smooth with a well-rounded mouth-feel and is heavy in the back

Acidity

This is a medium acidity coffee that is tart at first and dissipates to a cane-like sweetness lingers for some time with a clean and juicy fell

Flavor

The flavors of this coffee are of blood orange, tobacco, caramel, walnut, plantain, honeycomb, loquat, magnolia, rooibos, malt, pomelo, Shiraz grape, plum, dried strawberry, vanillin, marionberry, grilled peach, birch wood, and cocoa nib.

As it cools notes of red apple and currant develop along with an astringent note of black salt and rubber
