The beans have the fragrance of bell pepper, Green grape, allspice, rosehip, saffron, bakers chocolate, mirth, cream of tartar, lac, jasmine, white cranberry, Meyer lemon curd, lingonberry, hazelnut, and squash blossom

The grounds have the fragrance of cherry, blackberry, white cranberry, sun-dried tomato, rosehip, black apple, saffron, bakers chocolate, mirth, lilac, pickled watermelon rind, plum, marshmallow, blueberry, and tangerine


Cupping

The aroma is of gooseberry, green grape, white cranberry, lilac, black apple, squash blossom, mirth, blood orange, toasted Brazil nut, lingonberry, burnt brown sugar, bittersweet chocolate, and plum

This is a full-body coffee that is thick and syrupy leaving a sticky and velvety coating that finishes with a creamy lingering feel

This is a medium-high acidity that is tart at first and quickly dissipates to a structured clean complexity that sweetens 

The flavors of this coffee are of cranberry jam, cola, lingonberry, blackberry, molasses, blood orange, cream, plum, mirth, bittersweet chocolate, sandalwood, squash blossom, watermelon rind, toasted hazelnut, allspice, cream, early and oolong tea

As it cools notes of tart cherry develop along with ponzu and brown rice notes finishing with a meat-like flavor that’s more like jerky
