The aroma is of alder, soil, kombu, tart cherry, Marion berry, hickory, onyx chocolate, mirth, soy, anchovy paste, raisin, and molasses
This is a medium body coffee that is creamy with a velvety and sticky mouth feel but is very silky too
This is a low acidity coffee that is dry and dirty. It lingers and is unbalanced with a muted note through out
The flavors of this coffee are of hickory, raisin, tart dried cherry, mirth, kombu, flax seed, onyx chocolate, clove stem, long pepper, rubbed sage, rye, black walnut, toasted brown rice, and an umami aspect.
As it cools cream notes develop like of condensed milk along with a sweet note like of vanillin and a tart citrus note
