CUPPING

The aroma is of almond, white cranberry, cocoa powder, magnolia, orange blossom, clover honey, and dried raspberry

This is a light body coffee that is juicy with a strong tea like feel but is also watery

This acidy is mild with a berry like juicy feel with a unbalanced delicate orange blossom note

The flavors of this cup are of alfalfa, toasted almond, soil, leather, meat, feta cheese, white cranberry, cactus pear, malt, and sandalwood. There is a Sharp back note of spearmint.

As it cools notes of honey comb, earl gray tea and black cards mom develop rounding out this cup very well
