The beans have the fragrance of peanut, wheat, rye, red apple, coca powder, peach blossom, wet wood, malt, thyme, citrus pith, date, faint notes of black tea and cinnamon

The grounds have a fragrance of tart cherry, grilled beef, Dutch process coca, clay, suffer, raisin, peanut, malt, brown sugar, dill, coriander, leather, and subtle hints of black tea

The aroma of this coffee is of coca nibs, butter, caramel, nugget, almond, red apple, pop corn, thyme, malt, wheat, peanut shell, bergamot

This is a medium body coffee that is smooth with a cream feel that tapers to a slick and juicy consistency like a dark oolong tea

This is a high acidity coffee that is subtle, sharp and lingering. There is a slight dirty note at the back and reminiscent of a crab apple

The flavors of this coffee are of Dutch process coca, crab apple, malt, cashew, thyme, burnt sugar, raisin, leather, butter, charcoal, Persian cucumber, coffee cherry

Faint notes of curry, and a back note of marshmallow
