This beans have the fragrance of plum, bakers chocolate, camomile, nougat, clay, saffron, tamarind, grapefruit leaf, green apple, green grape, sweet tobacco, slight hint of molasses and black cardamom 

The grounds have the fragrance of red grapefruit, coca nibs, plum, raisin, soy sauce, yeast, black cardamom, black sesame seed, green apple, goji, cashew, and tamarind 

The aroma of this coffee is of raisin, prune, caramel, green apple, white grapefruit peel, molasses, and squash blossom 

This is a full body coffee that has a verity chewy mouth feel tapering to a sticky syrupy lingering on the back of your palette

This is a bright acidity that starts off with a delicate plum going to a grapefruit fell that is lingering and astringent
