The beans have a fragrance of rye, bakers chocolate, bing cherry, olive, tangerine, summer savory, cinnamon, black walnut, Turbinado sugar, dried bell pepper and a slight hint of vanilla 

The grounds have a fragrance of black cherry, bakers chocolate, prune, mangosteen, hickory, hay, magnolia, pomelo, cranberry, suffer, toast, whiskey

The aroma of this coffee is of roasted almond, Rainer cherry, raisin, Muscovado sugar, wheat, swiss chocolate, pomelo and burnt tomato paste

This is a full body coffee that is well rounded with a smooth velvety coating that progresses to a silky tea like consistency

This is a high acidity coffee that is tart with a juicy bright forward and tapers to a delicate, dry finish that is lingering on the back
