The beans have the fragrance of strawberry, lilac, rose hips, licorice root, leather, etrog, bittersweet chocolate, rye bread, kaffir lime leaf, blackberry, yucca flower, bottle brush, dried black berry, plumeria, and marshmallow 

The grounds have the fragrance of blackberry, cinnamon, cola, bottle brush, mission fig, kaffir lime, bittersweet chocolate, brass, frankincense, caraway, licorice root, and rose hips

The aroma of this coffee is of yucca root, licorice root, rhubarb, etrog, marshmallow, soil, piñon seed, blackberry, kaffir lime leaf, dried black current, lilac, and mission fig

This is a medium body coffee that is sooth with a creamy mouth feel that is thick like caramel

This is a delicate acidity like of berry that is juicy and lingering but still vibrant and structured



The flavors of this coffee are of rhubarb, soil, yucca root, licorice root, cola, etrog, bottle brush, blackberry jam, marshmallow, lilac, frankincense, red grapefruit, milo wood, and black cherry

As it cools bakers chocolate and clot develop more along with tomato and caramel
