The beans have the fragrance of cream, dill, dried blackcurrant, maple, pecan, blood orange, saddle wood, faint note of pomegranate, lilac, bakers chocolate, ginger ale, and caramelized tomato paste

The Grounds have the fragrance of tart cherry, red grapefruit, maple, pecan, milk chocolate, lilac, balsamic vinegar, black salt, long pepper, green bell pepper 

The aroma is of maple, blackcurrant, lilac, bell pepper, bakers chocolate, blood orange, grapefruit pith, pecan, and mesquite

This is a medium body that is syrupy with a slick juicy hint at the back

This is a medium acidity with a pointed tart forward note with a lingering dirty back hint

 

The flavors of this coffee are of blackcurrant, barkers chocolate, saddle wood, try red grapefruit, cashew, lilac, soil, tamarind, tart cherry, grilled portobello mushroom, balsamic vinegar, and mulling spice


As it cools cream, vanillin, burro banana, and a subtle cinnamon note develop along with the red grapefruit and a longon taste
