The beans have the fragrance of nougat, yeast, latex, black salt, curry, cinnamon, tobacco, cumin, turmeric, pine nut, dried blueberry, bottle brush, lime leaf

The grounds have the fragrance of green pear, cinnamon, bottle brush, turmeric, maple syrup, nougat, cocoa nibs, creamy cheese like of bree, coriander, muted clove, grilled lemon

The aroma of this coffee is of poached pear, cinnamon, clove, nougat, pine, pine nuts, tobacco, turmeric, raisin and  chamomile

This is a medium light bodied coffee with a syrupy feel but has a tea like consistency

This is a mild acidity coffee that is juicy and delicate with a fresh floral note

 

The flavors of this coffee are of red current, green pear, Hibiscus sabdariffa, turmeric, black salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, rose hips, pink lemon, lemongrass, faint hint of orange peel, and licorice root
