The beans have the fragrance of nougat, papaya, Korean mellon, sapodilla, chamomile, magnolia, blood orange, dried habanero, long pepper, buttermilk and very faint hint of mint

The grounds have the fragrance of balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, can sugar, maple syrup, pickled ginger, pomelo, iodized salt, leather, nori and orange peel

The aroma of this coffee is of apricot, broccoli, raisin, hazelnut, bakers chocolate, demerara sugar, pop corn, stewed tomato, yeast and granola

This is a light body coffee that is juicy with a lace mouth fell and is more tea like then anything

This is a low acidity coffee that is crisp, soft, clean with a simple syrup sweetness

 

The flavors of this coffee are of pickled ginger, blood orange, brown sugar, leather, dried cranberry, green grape, bakers chocolate, pine nut, broccolini, malt and yeast

Back note of kale, and cedar
