The beans have the fragrance of coca nibs, yellow peach, red current, nougat, coffee blossom, red grapefruit peel, soy sauce, toast, bergamot, pistachio, tobacco, carbon, and carrot

The grounds have the fragrance of Meyer lemon, leather, bakers chocolate, picky pear, dragon fruit, jasmine, yucca root, taro, squash blossom, mint, and tobacco

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, leather, carbon, toasted hazelnuts, ginger,soy sauce, lime, bakers chocolate, meat like of pepperoni, basil, and coconut milk

This is a full body coffee that is well rounded, velvety, juicy, smooth, and complex depth

This is a high acidity that is complex, deep, bright, structured, clean, juicy, and sharp

 

 

The flavors are of red apple, red current, cranberry, carmel, white peach, watermelon, plum, fig, chamomile, tomato, Mayer lemon, cane sugar, bakers chocolate, pecan, ginger, tobacco, cucumber, lavender,  bottle brush, basmati rice, slight hint if any of wasbi and squash blossom
