The beans have the fragrance of mandarin orange, loquat, nougat, blackberry, clove, dried fig, bottle brush, passion fruit, pineapple and stevia

The grounds have the fragrance of white grapefruit, thyme, coriander, pine nut, plum, white pepper, cauliflower, bottle brush,  toasted chia, cracked ginger

The aroma of this coffee is of broccoli, toasted pumpkin seed, yeast, chipotle, leather, baking soda, cola, and long pepper

This is a full body coffee with a velvety syrupy coating

This is a high acidity coffee that is crisp, clean, complex, and sharp

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of black cherry, hazelnut, grilled red grapefruit, pineapple, lavender, cucumber, chamomile, tomato, adobo chili, and goats milk cheese
