The beans have the fragrance of dill, oregano, cream, soy sauce, rose, walnut, banana, brown sugar, oat, yeast, mushroom like of beach, baking powder, parsley, and sage

The grounds have the fragrance of white grapefruit, chicory, brass, rose, pecan, white pepper, sage, and damp wood

The aroma of this coffee is of chicory, cedar, tobacco, mushroom, dill, chamomile, meat like of lamb, cumin, charcoal, sulfur, and slight hint of chipotle

This is a light body coffee that is tea like and watery.

This is a low acidity coffee with a juicy muted structure.

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of charcoal, white grapefruit, chicory, burn chocolate, green grape, thyme, boiled pecan, burnt sugar, leather, and hints of meat like of smoked bore

Back notes are of soil, mushroom, and chipotle
