The aroma of this coffee is of tobacco, molasses, mushroom, artichoke, dark chocolate, banana, and yeast

This is a smooth well rounded medium body coffee with a chewy mouth feel

This coffee has a medium quick juicy acidity

 

The flavors tart cherry, black currents, dark chocolate, sweet lemon like a Meyer, blueberry or poha, granola, tamarind, star fruit, and dried coconut
