The grounds have the fragrance of papaya, hickory, bakers chocolate, tamarind, curry, sage, oregano, noni, Macadamia nut shell, and celery

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, dark chocolate, Marion berry, avocado, chicory, bottle brush, mesquite, and mushroom 

This is a weak body coffee with a watery, tea like feel

This is a medium - high acidity coffee with a lingering dirty taste

 

The flavors of this coffee are of ash, molasses, carbon, dark chocolate, tossed hazelnut, mushroom, slight berry note like of blackberry and a fang hint of mint and vanilla

Back notes of concord grape, fennel, napa cabbage and asparagus
