The beans have the fragrance of black grape, plum, milk chocolate, olive, rosemary, pecan, white pepper, boss pear, eucalyptus, toast, and honey comb

The grounds have the fragrance of lime, green apple like of granny smith, green tea, sage, ginger, hazelnut, lemongrass, smokey, and raisin

The aroma is of milk chocolate, nougat, fired apricot, leathery, lime, tamarind, black cherry, oregano

This is a full body coffee with a deep creamy velvety fell. A juicy, delicate well rounded texture.

This is a medium acidity coffee that is not overpowering

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of maple syrup, tobacco, black currents, star fruit, turmeric, coriander, basil, dark chocolate, bell pepper, red grape like a Merlot or Cabernet,
