The beans have the fragrance of coffee blossom, chamomile, hibiscus, banana, nectarine, cocoa powder, dried apricot, dill, pistachio, slight hint of clove and long pepper

The grounds have the fragrance of white grapefruit, sun dried tomato, hops, avocado, chamomile, toast, ash, cheese like of feta

The aroma is of grapeseed oil, chervil, tamarind paste, toasted sesame seeds, black salt, white pepper

This is a medium body coffee that is tea like and round

This is a high quick and bright acidity.

The flavors of this coffee are of yellow beet, carrot, brokolini, plum, red apple like of Arkansas Black, ashy notes, pomegranate molasses, hickory, chicory, and chives.

Back note is of green tea or oolong tea but very prominent
