The fragrance of the beans are of strawberry, rhubarb, cream, lavender, blueberry, grilled Meyer lemon, star fruit, nougat, bottle brush, coffee cherry, and summer savory 

The grounds have the fragrance of raisin, raspberry, jasmine, cedar, strawberry, blood orange, malt, yuzu, curry, marshmallow, coffee cherry, rhubarb, and banana

The aroma is of oak, burnt sugar papaya blossom, rose water, malt, strawberry, honey suckle, golden raisin, dried mango

This is a full body coffee that has a smooth syrupy mouth fell that is juicy and sweet. 

This is a high acidity coffee that has a sweet dense and juicy forward note like of dried berry ending to a lingering unbalanced tartness

 

The flavors of this coffee are of coffee cherry, strawberry, yucca flower, rose hips, grilled Meyer lemon, apple banana, vanilla bean, mint jelly, while peach, red current, and midori
