The beans have the fragrance of orange peel, raspberry, cinnamon, leather, musk, bitter sweet chocolate, toast, black cardamom, brazil nut, straw, dill, date

The grounds have the fragrance of strawberry, green olive, butter, red apple, dill, nougat, praline, swiss cocoa, blood orange, clove extract, and leather 

The aroma of this coffee is of strawberry jam, maple praline, walnut, golden raisin, cocoa powder, dried apple

This is a heavy bodied coffee with a full velvety coating that is juicy but tapers off to a lingering astringent dry fill

This is a high acidity coffee with bright tart and juicy citrus fell

 

The flavors of this coffee are of blood orange, strawberry, walnut, cocoa powder, coriander, green apple, green grape, dried cranberry, brown rice, meat like of swordfish (with out the fishy taste)
