The beans have the fragrance of molasses, bottle brush,  iodized salt, chicken broth, cane sugar, burnt tomato paste, lemon grass, mesquite wood

The grounds have the fragrance of lilac, mushroom, black salt, hickory, pomegranate molasses, meat like of smoke lamb, summer savory, cashew, dried apricot

The aroma of this coffee is of nougat, hickory, dried fig, celery, leather, raisin, Mandarin peel, magnolia

This is full body coffee with a smooth round mouth fell and a silky juicy coating

This is a high acidity coffee that is bright and tart like of grapefruit with a s faint sweetness

 

The flavors of this coffee are of tobacco, soil, apricot, white grapefruit, burnt sugar, green grape, saffron, lemon grass, prickly pear, nopales, chicory, pomegranate and coca powder
