The beans have the fragrance of white nectarine, strawberry, blueberry, goji, honeydew, plumeria, bourbon barrel, blood orange, jasmine, Demerara sugar,  macadamia nut, coca nibs, pine, soy sauce, and squash blossom

The grounds have the fragrance of summer savory, blueberry, maple syrup, gram cracker, pear, long pepper, coconut husk, green grape, and sunflower seed

The aroma of this coffee is of maple walnuts, cantaloupe, honey butter, hickory, golden raisin, oak, magnolia, and yucca flower

This is a medium body coffee that is slick with a chewy smooth coating

This is a mild acidity coffee with a quick vibrancy then tapers to a lingering dry dirtiness

The flavors of this coffee are of demented honeydew, ash, tobacco, bourbon barrel, blood orange, sugar,  cashew, raspberry, lime peel, magnolia pollen, goat cheese, rubbed sage, candied ginger, wheat, and concord grape
