The beans have the fragrance of peach blossom, bittersweet chocolate, rosemary, beet, moss, snow pea, soil, asian pear, oregano, saffron, malt, oak

The grounds have the fragrance of soy sauce, bay leaf, cheddar cheese, sugar, coca nibs, leather, citron, hops, papaya, turmeric 

The aroma is of basmati rice, concord grape, toasted sesame seed, hops, hickory, swiss chocolate

This is a medium body coffee that is syrupy at first but tapers to a tea like fell

This is a high acidity coffee that is a quick citrus forward being tart, bright, but goes to dry and  muted fast

 

The flavors of this coffee are of tart citrus like of pomelo, dark chocolate, eucalyptus, granny smith apple, oolong tea, green grape, cedar, endive, and lotus
