The beans have the fragrance of brown butter, mandarin, cream, coca nibs, peach, jasmine, passion fruit, stevia blossom, date jam

The grounds have the fragrance of  concord grape, smoke, bakers chocolate, praline, dried date, bottle brush, cigarette smoke, hickory 

The aroma of this coffee is of maple glazed walnut, carbon, prune, dried date, malt, burnt butter

This is a medium body coffee that is silky and more tea like then anything but does develop as it cools to a smooth creamy finish

This is a medium acidity coffee that is tart with a quick dry juicy forward.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of black grape, prune, bakers chocolate, caramel, dried date, red pear, cigarette smoke, coconut milk, red current, lemon peel, and cracked ginger
