The fragrance of the beans are of apricot, white peach, jasmine, honey, mango, hops, coriander, chia, raspberry, and blood orange

The grounds have the fragrance of white grapefruit, cocoa nibs, fig, white pepper, paprika, turmeric

The aroma of this coffee is eucalyptus, cinnamon, pecans, hickory, tobacco, hard chess like off parmesan, smokey

This is a medium body coffee with a round, syrupy and balanced texture.

This is a high acidity coffee with a deep and sharp hit at first.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of kafer lime, coriander, mint, yellow peach, sun dried tomato, maple syrup, molasses, Pistachio, oolong tea, curry, chili powder, and black current

The back note is of ginger, and fresh wood.
