The beans have the fragrance of toast, hazelnut, coca nibs, dried apricot, black berry, chamomile, papaya, lavender, vanilla, and chervil.

The grounds have the fragrance of mint, clove, nutmeg, jasmine, bell pepper, malt, yeast, rice, sower citrus, and baking soda.

The aroma of this coffee is of carmel, basmati rice, oak, tomato, tamer and, molasses, dark chocolate, salt, and pepper

This is a full body coffee with a smooth texture

This is a medium acidity coffee with a balanced flavor

 

The flavors of this coffee are of dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, clove, mint, brown rice, Meyer lemon, and bell pepper.

The back notes of the coffee are of asparagus, artichoke, balsamic vinegar, and tobacco.
