The beans have the fragrance of strawberry, blueberry, saffron, jasmine, honey suckle, cane sugar, cream, coffee blossom, milk chocolate, honey dew, mango, white peach, hibiscus, thyme, and pistachio.

The grounds have the fragrance of lemon peel, cinnamon, coriander, lilac, bakers chocolate, hops, juniper berries, bay leaf, sage, slight ginger, and red grapefruit.

The aroma of this coffee is of vanilla, dark chocolate, malt, red sea salt, hickory, white pepper,

This is a full body coffee withe fruit forward notes

This is a high acidity coffee with the citrus a little overpowering

 

The flavors of this coffee are of kaffir lime, navel orange, basil, mint, dark chocolate, bell pepper, acorn squash,  almonds, blackberry, oregano, banana, and chamomile.

Back notes are of oolong tea and vanilla.
