This is a full body coffee with complex flavors and high acidity.

The aroma of the beans of the coffee are of lemon, coriander, and chamomile.

The grounds have the aroma of molasses, orange, cucumber, with a floral note through out like hibiscus.

At the crack, the aroma was lacking with much but what there was aromas of broccoli, orange, and chervil.

The flavors of this coffee was of oranges, mint, lavender, pine, grapes, eucalyptus, and nutty hints like of pistachio. On the back note there was notes of earth, garlic, and tobacco.
