The beans have the aroma of citrus, yeast, and cardamom.
The grounds have much the same aroma as the beans with more citrus high notes.
At the crack the aroma has notes of berry, chocolate, coriander, and a slight hint of jasmine or lavender
The flavor of this coffee is of milk chocolate, butter, white bread, tart cherry, boysenberry, toasted almonds with a back note of white grapefruit.
