This is a nice full body coffee with bright bouquet of flavors through out. This is a light to medium acidity coffee.

The aroma of the grounds where of White Grapefruit, Apricot, Honey and lite notes of Black Pepper.

The aroma of the brewed coffee was of coriander, Carmel, and Grapefruit. 

The flavors of this coffee are earthy like of Bell Peppers, ripe Tomatoes. The middle notes are of Orange and Candied Walnuts. The back notes are of Coca, Asparagus, and Carmel.

The bottom line of this coffee is very balanced with complex flavors through out with unique flavors in every sip. This coffee is a true journey through your palette and a trip through Tanzania.
