The beans have the fragrance of hickory, mellon, cane sugar, honey suckle, jasmine, sweet paprika, chamomile, tobacco, thyme, hops, bakers chocolate

The grounds have the fragrance of citrus like of tangerine, hibiscus, roses, tamarind, bakers chocolate, oregano, slight berry notes like of black or marion berry

The aroma of this coffee is of carmel, bacon, corn, ginger, basil, slight lavender, toasted almonds

This is a not a full body coffee but does have complex characteristics

This is a high acidity coffee

 

The flavors of this coffee are of Eureka lemon,cucumber, thyme, tobacco, eucalyptus,ginger, toasted sesame seeds, black lava salt, creme fresh,  carmel, slight notes of persimmon.

Back nots are of vanilla, backed chocolate, and apple
