The beans have the fragrance of almonds, yeast, hickory, long pepper, back salt, turmeric, milk chocolate, cane sugar, slight hint of banana 

The ground have the fragrance of yellow peach, citrus like of orange, honey suckle, paprika, berry note like of blackberry or strawberry, jasmine, coriander, salt.

The aroma of this coffee is of hickory, ashy notes, malt, molasses, dried apricot, dark chocolate, cumin.

This is a medium body coffee with complex nots but lacks depth.

This is a high acidity coffee with high note forward.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of red grapefruit, coriander, clove, long pepper, bell pepper, rose, sage, pistachio, and bakers chocolate.

 

Back note of tobacco and is very strong, Baking soda, and yeast.
