The beans have the fragrance of carmel, toffee, apricot, chocolate, pecan, tomato, lilac, butter, toast, cream.

The grounds have the fragrance of yellow peach, cane sugar, green papaya, key lime, clove, juniper berries, chicory, and toast

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, toast, wheat, soba, rice,  oolong tea, earth, and moss

This is a full body coffee with little depth but delicate characteristics

This is a high acidity with tart notes at first

 

The flavors of this coffee are of red grapefruit, Eureka lemon, tomato, cucumber, coriander, thyme, chamomile, avocado like of Hass, Aloe, prickly pear, and oolong tea.
