The beans had the fragrance of tart citrus, musky, earth, chocolate, malt, hops, and sweet floral

The grounds have the fragrance of honey suckle, tamarind, lemon, saffron, thyme, white pepper, and tart fruit.

The aroma of this coffee is tamarind, molasses, tomato, rosemary, sweet floral nots like of coffee blossom

This is a high acidity coffee with the citrus notes to prominent and overpowering for the Medium body it has

The flavors of this coffee are of tart cherry, red grapefruit, button mushroom, tobacco, cork, broccolinnie, carrot, thyme, smoked paprika, and juniper like notes.

Back notes are of chocolate, berries, and butter.
