The aroma of this coffee is of bakers chocolate, Yellow Pineapple, leather, goji, brown sugar, bottle brush, black current, coriander, thyme, pluot, summer savory, oak, and dried blue berry

This is a full body coffee that is smooth, rounded with a velvety coating that is juicy and structured

This is a high acidity coffee that is bright, juicy, delicate with a complex clean cup

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of green apple like of mutsu, summer savory, coriander, ginger, mellon like of canary, Bartlett pear, snow pea,oak, leather, cranberry, lemon cucumber, goji and celery root
