The grounds have the fragrance of almond flour, milk powder, prune, dark cherry, honeycomb, plantain, maple flake, dried tangerine, hazelnut, carob, soursop, yellow watermelon, allspice, prickly pear, iodine, merlot grape, peach blossom, blackberry jelly, birch, and black apple

Aroma

The aroma of the coffee is of tobacco, blackberry, star thistle, leather, red corn, bing cherry, carob, plantain, soursop, Brazil nut, red grape, prickly pear juice, birch, lilac, butter, and Crenshaw melon

Body

This is a full-body coffee that is velvety and creamy with a sticky feeling that lingers

Acidity

This is a mild acidity coffee that is dry and astringent with a quick juicy froward that dissipates fast.

Flavor

The flavor of this coffee is of blackberry, carob, sassafras root, red apple, bing cherry, allspice, plantain, soursop, milk powder, prune, red corn, star thistle, prickly pear juice, soil, grilled bell pepper, yogurt, amaranth, truffle powder, lantana berry, cashew, damp wood, and black tea

As it cools notes of chicory, bing cherry, white cranberry, and persevered lemon develop

The acidity is is higher than cupped and is tart along with a sour note to it that is unpleasant

The body is weak and silky with a dirty water consistency

The flavors of the cup are of oak, tobacco, blackberry, soursop, leather, bing cherry, carob, plantain, chicory, white cranberry, soil, grilled bell pepper, damp soil, and black grape

This coffee is just like standard coffee with nothing special

This is a medium-low bodied coffee that is lacy with a tea-like consistency that is chewy and slightly rough

This is a medium acidity coffee with a baked apple-like taste with a metallic back

The flavor of this coffee is of clay, honeycomb, baked black apple, cactus leaf, dragons blood, pyrite, pickled watermelon, rubbed sage, lemon verbena, malt, honeydew, fermented plum, dried strawberry, loquat, fresh tobacco, leather, sassafras root, cherry blossom, acorn squash, and toasted oolong tea

As it cools notes of sour melon, and fermented milk develop with an astringent and lingering back of ash
