The fragrance of the beans are of cream de coconut, dried pineapple, peach blossom, sugar cane, oak, red grape, lavender, orange marmalade, whipped cream, plantain, Mexican papaya, goji, rice, dried parsley, dried raspberry, lilac, caramel and blue corn

The grounds have the fragrance of pineapple, mango jam, tangerine juice, magnolia, marshmallow, oak, lilac, bilberry, smoked paprika, tasted Brazil nut, star fruit, soy sauce, plantain, calimodian, sumac, pickled watermelon rind, dried raspberry, dried blackberry, grape leaf, rye bread, and coconut milk


CUPPING

The aroma of this coffee is of allspice, plantain, oak, roasted Brazil nut, Mexican papaya, puffed rice, mango jam, white pineapple juice, burnt cane, charred corn, bilberry, loquat, plumeria, soil, orange blossom, star fruit, soy sauce, and yellow cherry

This is a medium body coffee that is smooth and velvety with a juicy and syrupy lingering feel that finishes as more tea-like

This is a bright and strong citrus acidity coffee that is tart and does not mellow out with a dry finish

The flavors of the coffee are of star fruit, green papaya, fresh tobacco, fermented pineapple, crowberry, blood orange marmalade, plantain, dried parsley, dried raspberry, oak, calimodian, sumac, pickled watermelon rind, black apple, grape leaf, black tea, smoked paprika, rubbed sage, chia, long pepper, wormwood, burnt raw cane, and oro Blanco grapefruit

As it cools notes of vanilla, whiskey, and cream de cocoa develop with a floral sweetness


ICED FRETTA

The aroma of the cup is of pineapple, marshmallow, lilac, bergamot, chamomile, tobacco, chipotle, allspice, loquat, banana pepper, dried raspberry, lilac, caramel, mango jam, peach blossom, sugar cane, and puffed brown rice

The body is very full with a creamy and smooth velvety texture that slowly dissipates clean

The acidity is very low with more of a marshmallow sweetness but still has a spice back that is very delicate like a chipotle aioli

The flavors of this coffee are of orange jam, pineapple, bilberry, dill, dried raspberry, marshmallow, rose hips, bergamot, Longon, cherimoya, fresh tobacco, baked black apple, Asian pear, strawberry papaya, adobo, and peach

The fragrance of the beans are of oak, cabernet grape, allspice, cumin, tobacco, cranberry, leather, cocoa nib, plum, lavender, plumeria, orange blossom, mangosteen, star fruit, vanillin, loquat, smoked paprika, roasted avocado leaf, apricot, magnolia, marshmallow and pinion.

The grounds have the fragrance of magnolia, maple syrup, cocoa powder, plum, honey comb, white cranberry, leather, fresh tobacco, miso paste, pinion, kumquat, dried mango, cabernet grape, papaya, black berry, orange blossom, dried raspberry, and cashew


CUPPING

The aroma is chocolate ganache, walnut, mangosteen, oak, prune, red grape, gala apple, blackberry, rosehips, leather, fresh tobacco, Thai basil, honey bomb, allspice, nettle, tahini, pear, and baked pinion

This is a heavy-bodied coffee that has a syrupy feeling that lingers with a velvety and creamy coating

This is a bright and had a strong forward tartness that dissipates slowly living an apple-like dryness feeling

The flavor is of Oro Blanco grapefruit, magnolia, frankincense, mangosteen, rose hips, leather, french cedar, fresh tobacco, cranberry, Thai basil, loquat, plum, smoked paprika, merlot grape, roasted avocado leaf, roasted pinion, baked pear, star fruit, toasted marshmallow, wheat, and a delicate back note of tart cherry As it cools the notes of cranberry and star fruit and stronger with the tartness still very strong


FRENCH PRESS

The aroma is of chicory, walnut, cocoa powder, oak, leather, marionberry, honeycomb, mangosteen, fresh tobacco, allspice, magnolia, and prune

The body is weak with a slick and tea-like feel

The acidity has been weakened but still has a slight tart note but now has a spicy note

The flavors of the cup are of asparagus, cocoa nib, cumin, leather, miso, chicory, soy, lemon, adobo, plumeria, orange blossom, honeycomb, and bergamot
