The beans have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, mangosteen, cranberry, apricot, rose hip, baked blackberry, bourbon, black cherry, oak, and soy sauce

The grounds have the fragrance of red grape, boiled egg, marionberry, bakers cocoa, oak, cherry blossom, sandalwood, mangosteen, white cranberry, sunflower, red banana, and rose hips.

CUPPING

The aroma is of dark raisin, soil, burro banana, rose hip, sandalwood, toasted black walnut, baked marionberry, tea tree leaf, cocoa nib, toasted black tea, and dragons blood

The body is heavy with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel that lingers as a juicy coating

The acidity is medium - high with a lingering Malic Acid that leaves your mouth dry but at first is juicy and tart

The flavor is of green apple, yellow cherry, marionberry, Eureka lemon, camomile, dutch process cocoa powder, burro banana, bergamot, dragons blood, toasted black tea, oak, kombu, and roasted black walnut.

As it cools tart notes develop like of white grapefruit and green cactus pear. a back note of burnt caramel is there but very faint .

FELLOW DUO

The aroma is of dirty water, with black tea notes and soil with brown butter

The body is very week with a tea like consistency and watery mouth feel

The acidity is not that and has none

The flavors are of watery hot chocolate, cara cara orange pith, coconut water, blakberry, and green grape and marshmallow

I do not recommend this coffee on this brewing method

CHEMEX W/ Able Gold Series Kone Filter

The aroma is more of a berry forwor with notes of blueberry and strawberry anlong with hints of cherry blossom, notes of cream and myrrh have developed along with delicate hints of dried papaya

The body is also week with an underdeveloped mouth feel but does have a juicy and silky feel

The acidity is of weak black tea

The flavors of this method are of milk chocolate, blackberry, marshmallow, over ripe banana, and navel orange

I believe this coffee can be good on the chemex but depends on the filter you use

Yellow Honey

The Beans have the fragrance of pear, nugget, rose hips, saffron, malt, yellow cherry, clove stem, sandalwood, pine sap, jasmine, taste pinion, soil, and cocoa powder

The grounds have the fragrance of caramel, apricot, yellow cheery, kelp, jasmine, cocoa powder, mirth, plantain, sour cream, bees wax, sandalwood, black apple, black cardamom, bay leaf, arrowroot, and raw almond.

CUPPING

Aroma

The aroma of this coffee is of chicory, clove, black tea, sandalwood, black walnut, baked black apple, dark cherry, plum, apricot, soil, dragons blood, and rose hips

Body

This is a medium to heavy body coffee that has a velvety mouthfeel and is a thick syrupy texture and tapers off to a smooth creamy finish

Acidity

This is a high acidity coffee that is bright, tart, and has a lingering juicy finish

Flavor

The flavor is of tart plum, tart cherry, apricot, sandalwood, rose hips, bergamot, again pear, cara cara orange, red currant, goji, and winter savory

Delicate notes of guava and banana are in the back

As it cools notes of cream and peach develop making this very creamy and a fruit sweetness

KALITA

The aroma of the cup is tea like with more of a nut aroma along with notes of herbs like bay leaf and marjoram

The body is light with a slick and dry tea like consistency

The acidity is very faint and muted

The flavors are very muted and is tea like

I do not recommend this coffee on this brew method

AEROPRESS W/ ABLE DISK

The aroma of the cup is more chocolate like of milk along with caramel and notes of lilac and dried tart cherry.

This is now a full body coffee that is chewy and has a sticky coating

The acidity is mild with a juicy deep and complex structure

The flavors milk chocolate, nougat, black cherry, black cardamom, cedar, vanillin, blood orange, summer savory, leather, wheat germ, hemp seed, baked strawberry, baked yellow peach, saffron and green grapes

I highly recommend the coffee on the Aeropress
