The beans have the fragrance of toffee, clay, cashew, roasted coca nib, basmati rice, nori, yeast, wax bean, dried shitaki mushroom, and dried yellow tea

The grounds have the fragrance of nougat, hemp, soil, red pear, yellow tea, cocoa nib, dragon fruit, nori, brown rise, yeast, saffron, and summer savory

The aroma of this cup is of tobacco, cocoa nib, yeast, brown rice, yellow tea, dragon fruit, plum, and toffee

This is a light body coffee that is silky and juicy with a mild roundness to this coffee but has a black tea consistency

This is a low acidity coffee that is astringent and dirty with a lingering dull vibrancy 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of plum, basmati rice, dragon fruit, toffee, pomegranate syrup, dark chocolate, red pear, tobacco, soil, jacaranda, clay, hops, lemon cucumber, vanillin, black grape and hemp 

As it cools plum and tobacco are prominent along with toast and caramel

The beans have the fragrance of strawberry, lilac, rose hips, licorice root, leather, etrog, bittersweet chocolate, rye bread, kaffir lime leaf, blackberry, yucca flower, bottle brush, dried black berry, plumeria, and marshmallow 

The grounds have the fragrance of blackberry, cinnamon, cola, bottle brush, mission fig, kaffir lime, bittersweet chocolate, brass, frankincense, caraway, licorice root, and rose hips

The aroma of this coffee is of yucca root, licorice root, rhubarb, etrog, marshmallow, soil, piñon seed, blackberry, kaffir lime leaf, dried black current, lilac, and mission fig

This is a medium body coffee that is sooth with a creamy mouth feel that is thick like caramel

This is a delicate acidity like of berry that is juicy and lingering but still vibrant and structured

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of rhubarb, soil, yucca root, licorice root, cola, etrog, bottle brush, blackberry jam, marshmallow, lilac, frankincense, red grapefruit, milo wood, and black cherry

As it cools bakers chocolate and clot develop more along with tomato and caramel
