The beans have the fragrance of toasted pine nut, saffron, brown sugar, green grape, molasses, bakers chocolate, squash blossom, green olive, turmeric, 

The grounds have the fragrance of burnt toast, popcorn, chipotle, grapefruit peel, marshmallow, shiitake mushroom, mesquite wood, faint hints of raspberry and prickly pear

The aroma of this coffee is of mossllsses, burnt sugar, Smoked Paprika, green apple, chicory, black cardamom, subtle hints of berry and floral notes

This is a medium body coffee that is smooth and round but has a silky and tea like consistency

This coffee has a quick dry delicate acidity with a sharp juicy front note

 

The flavors of this coffee are of pomegranate, tobacco, black cardamom, pomelo, mitsu apple, black tea, acorn squash, burnt sugar, chicken broth, celery, iodized salt and bakers chocolate
